This note introduces you to the interview with\u00a0<strong>Graeme Dear the Chairman of the British Poultry Council<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nThe interviews were developed by Ad Bal, the editor of aviNews International, who has more than 20 years of experience as an editor in de poultry sector.\r\n\r\nGraeme expressed that he is\u00a0<em>excited to be attending the congress since has happened a while to meet with the poultry industry people again due to the pandemic of Covid-19<\/em>.\r\n<div class=\"row\">\r\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-lg-7 px-3 px-sm-5\">\r\n\r\nTalking about the council, Graeme said that the British Poultry Council represents 99.5% of the UK poultry meat production.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt-2\">\r\n\r\nThe Council is\u00a0<strong>the voice of the British poultry meat sector<\/strong>\u00a0and the trade association for producers of poultry meat from\u00a0<strong>chickens<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>turkeys<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>ducks,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>geese.\u00a0<\/strong>Also, the council addresses issues on all parts of the production chain: breeding, hatching, growing, and processing (Read more\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/britishpoultry.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>)\r\n<div class=\"row mt-2\">\r\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-lg-7 px-3 px-sm-5\">\r\n\r\nGraeme also indicated that\u00a0<strong>UK producers are prepared to export meat and the Council is helping to maintain the health and the welfare of animals to guarantee a good product.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt-2\">\r\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-lg-7 px-3 px-sm-5\">\r\n\r\nAdditionally, during the interview Ad asked about how is Brexit affecting them? Graeme considered that due to the Brexit they have experimented with many difficulties with a drop even in the exports and imports of poultry meat.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row mt-2\">\r\n<div class=\"col-sm-12 col-lg-7 px-3 px-sm-5\">\r\n<div class=\"opiniones\">\r\n\r\nBrexit has been very difficult, there is no just getting way from reality.
