This trend, however, comes with challenges\u2014particularly concerning liver health. The liver plays a critical metabolic role, producing up to 75% of the yolk\u2019s fat content, making it central to both productivity and animal welfare.\r\n<br>\r\n<br>\r\nHis research focuses on developing a non-invasive method to assess liver composition\u2014size, fat content, and triglycerides\u2014using bioelectrical impedance technology (similar to what is found in smart scales or fitness trackers).
