Como o Marketing pode ajudar o produtor de ovos num momento como este? Vincent Guyonnet <\/span><\/strong>–<\/strong> Antes de mais nada, \u00e9 importante mencionar que n\u00e3o tenho o prazer de visitar o Brasil desde 2012, quando me apresentei no XXIV Congresso Mundial de Avicultura em Salvador, Bahia. Ent\u00e3o, meus pontos de refer\u00eancia para o setor de ovos brasileiro est\u00e3o, obviamente, desatualizados. Mas vou usar <\/span>experi\u00eancias de muitos outros mercados<\/strong> <\/span>ao redor do mundo para oferecer algumas ideias que podem ser aplic\u00e1veis ao mercado brasileiro. <\/span>De acordo com os dados da ABPA, o consumo anual per capita de ovos passou de 148 para 251 nos \u00faltimos dez anos<\/strong>. S\u00e3o mais 103 ovos por pessoa! Este \u00e9 um n\u00famero fant\u00e1stico e tenho certeza de que est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es de marketing implementadas pelo setor de ovos brasileiro.\r\n\r\nAs pessoas, muitas vezes, acreditam que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de anunciar um produto t\u00e3o conhecido como o ovo. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 verdade.\u00a0<\/strong>E podemos acrescentar tamb\u00e9m o aspecto de sustentabilidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de ovos<\/strong>. Mais do que nunca, os produtores de ovos devem unir for\u00e7as e, juntos, investir em uma ampla gama de atividades para crescer ainda mais o segmento no Brasil.\u00a0 <\/strong>Devemos contar a eles o que estamos fazendo para preservar o meio ambiente e nosso planeta<\/strong>.
